◎ What is enjoy individual raising?
This is a child-rearing support program developed by Dr. Ben Furman, a psychiatrist in Finland, an educational powerhouse. The book "Children without Scolding" (Diamond Publishing), which is the basis of the program, has been translated and spread around the world.
Kids Solutions has become the only authorized organization in Japan, and it is spreading as "individual education" that can be used not only in child-rearing but also in human resource development and various situations.
The program is based on a solution-oriented mindset that focuses on solutions and strengths rather than problems and causes. Digging into the problem and looking for the cause does not always lead to a solution. Problems involving children, in particular, involve complex factors, making it difficult to identify the cause, and even if it can be identified, it is not possible to see a solution from there. Therefore, instead of focusing on the cause or problem, focusing on the "strengths" of each person, drawing out a "solution" image, and utilizing the strengths that person already possesses to lead to a solution is solution-oriented. There is an idea in Finland that raising a child is something that the whole village should do, not just one person. This is a program where you can experience and learn the tips for smooth communication between children and the adults involved with them.
